TSFL and Medifast have just introduced a new money back guarantee that is for our new clients. This will allow a client who is not familiar with Medifast to order with more confidence. The rules are as follows;
1. Open to new clients only.
2. Client must order $275.00 or more of Medifast products on their first order for this to apply. This is easy because you can take advantage of the Special of getting 5 weeks of Medifast food for the price of 4 weeks.
3.The client asking for the money back guarantee must return at least 50% of the Medifast products ordered. If less that 50% is returned, then the normal return policy applies.
4. No shipping fees, if any, for the original order of Medifast will be refunded and it is the client's responsibility to ship the returned products back at their cost.
5. Before returning any Medifast products the client must call 1-866-451-9265 and get a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on shipping the return to TSFL.
