IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE NEW Medifast TAKE SHAPE FOR LIFE SHOPPING CART
We are very excited about the launch of our new Medifast Shopping Cart, taking place this Sunday 12/16, and there are four important things we want you to know:
It is a vastly improved shopping experience, offering:
· A much more user-friendly and logical Cart layout
· Exciting new functionality:
a. Ability to manage your OWN BeSlim Account
b. Cash on Account available at your fingertips
Please download the New Cart User Guide from the Back Office by clicking on Docs on Demand, the “New Shopping Cart” folder, then “New Shopping Cart User’s Guide” - review it - and you will begin to appreciate how much better this new shopping experience is.
We have done everything possible to ensure a seamless transition.
· We have tested every conceivable type of order and analyzed as many potential issues as possible in order to provide the smoothest, most convenient experience for you possible.
Despite our best efforts, something may go wrong.
· My wife, Cathy, works for FiServ, one of the largest financial software services company in the world. They do major projects for companies like General Motors and Toyota, and if she has learned one thing, it is this: despite an army of programmers and exhaustive Quality Assurance testing and analysis, problems often occur with data conversion at the time of the cut-over.
Contingency plans are in place to save the day.
· Knowing all of the above, the prudent manager assumes the worst and puts plans in place to quickly respond to problems. And this is exactly what we’ve done.
· If you encounter difficulties, let us know ASAP, and we will intervene manually to get your order delivered on time. Here’s what to do if you encounter difficulties:
a. We have set up a dedicated email address to ensure that these issues get priority attention. Email us at NewCart@TSFL.com. We ask that you use this email address rather than call, because we plan to have everyone focused on monitoring the email for efficient issue resolution.
b. In your email to NewCart@TSFL.com, be sure to tell us:
i. your name
ii. your TSFL ID Number
iii. your phone number and email address
iv. the nature of your problem
v. what time the problem occurred
vi. what we can do to help you
