Here are the specifics:
- Promotion is open to all Inactive Medifast Clients (Status I in the Back Office).
- An Inactive Client is defined as someone who has not placed an order with Take Shape For Life in the last 60 days.
- Order $200 or more of Medifast Meals.
- Enter the coupon code MMF on the order.
- Receive a Free Momentum One Month Package (contains 63 Momentum Flavor Infusers and 21 Momentum Meals).
- May only be used once.
- Not valid with any other coupon code.
- Offer expires April 30, 2008.
