Returns/Exchanges Policy for boxes of Medifast products.
Regarding Open Medifast Boxes and Packets

In order to clarify the current policy, once a box is opened - it, along with any unused Medifast packs, can be sent in for an exchange to new Medifast packets, but we cannot perform a refund on any opened box. This same policy is identical when applied to situations regarding free Medifast products such as the free week, etc.

Medifast Health Professionals will find these letters extremely helpful in getting the word out about Take Shape For Life and how the program can create lasting health for your Medifast patients! There is one letter on page one and another on page two, but they are two slightly different versions of the same letter.

Both letters introduce the practice, then introduce Take Shape For Life and describe why it was chosen by the practice. Finally, there's a space for the Medifast Health Professional to put information about any upcoming events, inviting patients to take part.

Again, both letters are in one Word file in Documents on Demand (Health Professional Pak, HP Sample Mailing). Download them today and decide which is best for your practice.

Beginning March 15, 2008, Take Shape For Life will begin charging the monthly payments for those registered for the Medifast National Convention 2008 via the Credit Card Registration Option - 4 automatic monthly payments.

If you registered for the Medifast National Convention 2008 during National Convention 2007 through January 31, 2008, you will be charged $50.00 (for an individual Health Coach) or $75.00 (for two Health Coaches sharing the same ID) on March 15, 2008. This will qualify as your second payment, which means you will be charged 2 more payments on April 15, 2008 and on May 15, 2008 - once these payments are completed, you will be paid in full!

The same applies for those who registered for National Convention 2008 from February 1, 2008 or later.

Take Shape For Life will charge your credit card (the credit card you used to register) on the 15th of each month starting two months from the date on which you registered.

Example: If a Health Coach registers for the Medifast National Convention 2008 on April 1, 2008 by choosing the Credit Card Registration Option - 4 automatic monthly payments, that Health Coach will be charged once on the date of registration, once on June 15, 2008, once on July 15, 2008 and finally on August 15, 2008.

We have heard you, and we wanted to let you know that we are currently in the process of updating our Medifast Product Catalog to reflect all price adjustments and product/kit/tool additions. PLEASE Remember to Turn These in!! You Will Not be Able to Participate in the Study if you don't Turn it in. Details below...

We are receiving a great response to Dr. Andersen's request for Medifast study participants sent last week. If you are unfamiliar with the Medifast study, please see below - we're still accepting applicants! We are grateful for all of those responses and would love to have you or your Clients participate. However, there is one crucial step needed for Medifast study participation that everyone must take, and that is returning the electronic consent form.

If your new Medifast Clients would like to participate, be sure that they complete all of these steps:

1. Visit http://www.success-study.com/signup/.
2. Click "Screening Survey" on the left menu.
3. Take the short survey.
4. You will be sent an email in 24-48 hours letting you know whether or not you were chosen to participate.
5. If you are chosen, this email will include a consent form with instructions on how to fill it out and turn it in.

THIS CONSENT FORM MUST BE RETURNED IF SOMEONE WISHES TO PARTICIPATE.
